I know it was not the fault of the shop due to delays on part but a two weeks turned into into an entire month.

The customer service when I walked In was Great they handled it all and I was out with my rental in like 30m. Now once the process started the communication and customer service dropped. They had zero communication about a delay on my part and I wasn’t Informed until I reached out to them!
