This was an incredible job well done….stressed over the entire situation, you’re staff was incredibly patient and pleasant…they walked me thru everything and were so reassuring….i felt like i was in good hands. In today’s environment it was such an experience to see a friendly helpful staff…my tech who did the walk around was was an absolute joy…professional and calming….his work was spot on. Nobody wants to go to an auto body shop but when they do I will definitely recommend you guys!!!!

D and J Collision Center made this very stressful situation into a seamless one. From walking in, I was greeted by the two wonderful ladies in the front - Jess and Michelle. They were both so kind and helpful, offering snacks and drinks while I waited for the rental car. The technician who worked on my car (I believe his name was Jonathan) greeted me with a smile and explained what he was going to do. They also took care of calling Enterprise to pick me up to my rental car. Picking up was also very easy and the whole process was once again very streamlined and organized. My car was repaired and it’s like nothing happened to it. The car was also cleaned and very well taken care of. I hope I never get into this situation ever again but I am so thankful to the team at D & J for assisting and taking such good care of me and my car.
