The car was promised to be done after 5 days (parts had already arrived). They never called with updates. I had to call them to find out that it wasn’t going to be ready and they kept it for five more days after that!

They continuously made up stories about delays and reasons why it wasn’t done. At after day 10 they told me that the parts were not in and hadn’t even been shipped but conveniently the next day when I started calling management and my insurance company the part arrived. Communication was terrinle
