DandD Autobody is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1962. Our shop is I-Car Gold with all employee's I-Car Platinum. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including phone and email messaging with vehicle owners. Also shop equipped with all aluminum tooling to repair the new Ford F150 and I-car certified aluminum technicians trained by I-car and Ford Motor Company. We Take pride in delivering the highest quality repairs and making the process as simple and stress free to all of our customers.

The repairs quality appears to be acceptable but he extended repair time and overall process made it difficult to feel fully satisified with the work.

Customer service started out strong, text messages with update, then that stopped, and I would stop in the shop for updates, getting the same answer over and over. Eventually had to go throught customer service at NJM which I was passed around to. Eventually getting the customer service supervisor to step in. When pressed with emails with requests to be answered the responses were slower.
