DandD Autobody is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1962. Our shop is I-Car Gold with all employee's I-Car Platinum. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including phone and email messaging with vehicle owners. Also shop equipped with all aluminum tooling to repair the new Ford F150 and I-car certified aluminum technicians trained by I-car and Ford Motor Company. Our estimated time was two weeks so that led us to feel like we could safely rent a car for about 10 days, but then the car was done in about 5 days. I totally get the need to set expectations, but then we might end up having to pay a lot more in car rental than we needed. Thanks for the good work.

The only thing that was an issue was we were told that the car would take two weeks to fix leading us to book a rental car for 10 days anticipating that it might be done a bit early. But then the repair only took 5 days and we were stuck with paying for a rental car for too long.
