WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THE 1K DEDUCTIBLE WHEN THIS IS COMPREHENSIVE CLAIM, AND THE BODY SHOP WILL NOT RELEASE THE CAR UNLESS I PAID UP!! SHAME SHAME AND THIS IS AAA VERIFIED AUTO REPAIR

Chiristina, the first person you meet or talk to, was so friendly and helpful. That was a good start for me. Aidee who handled the case was also very patient and helpful. She guided me on how things worked with insurance. I really appreciated her patience. I appreciated the updates I received via email (by choice). I was pleasantly surprised when I received my car back that it was cleaned on the inside and outside. Thank you for doing this act. I don't recall other repair shops have ever done that for me!!
