D&D body shop was always in contact with me about the progress of my car and how long repairs would take. They were also very helpingful with dealing with a specific claim and what the next steps are. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. Great costumer service overall.

Dropped off the car with D & D Auto Body Shop. Called back to check when it might be done, they said "tomorrow". Couple days later they said "mid next week". Mid next week they said "Mon or Tue of next week". Ended up being 2 weeks total. And they didn't fix the problem. Later, another repair place did find more rat damage that caused the initial problem, so it was something that D&D missed. Oh and one of the floor mats was missing after I got the car back from the shop - had to call D&D to ask if it got left there. On the plus side, I did get the mat back, and they did a nice job cleaning up the car.
