I would have given a 10 but whoever worked on my car left the green wire out of the battery so I was stuck on the road because my car indicated a battery icon on the dashboard along with a power steering and engine image on the dashboard

The green wire that connects to my battery was not connected to the battery resulting in me getting stock on the road, my car shut off on me with my child in it. The battery symbol was displayed on my dashboard as well as the check engine indicator symbol and the power steering symbol, my car did not come back to me thoroughly checked .

My car was fixed in a timely manner. I was updated frequently and called when issues/delays arised. The communication was top tier. Will definitely do business again. My car was also cleaned after repairs, totally unexpected but highly appreciated.
