D&S Body Shop, Inc . started in 1989 with two employees and owner Ken Souza and has seen their business grow through the years, due to his uncompromising standards and commitment to excellence. Recently, we were fortunate enough to move into a brand new state-of- the art facility on San Ramon Valley Blvd. Please come visit us! I was disappointed when you didn’t call to let me know that my car would not be ready even when you knew earlier in the day it wouldn’t be ready. I had to call at 4:30 I was disappointed that you were going to charge me be a second time for painting the bumper. Although I had a good experience previously my experience this time was not as good

My Experience

Thank you very much D & S Body Shop for the very wonderful service to our GMC. The whole experience was very smoothly , nicely executed and completely aligned with our needs and expectations. The highlight was the very pleasing interactions and communication by Michelle who acted as a great mediator between us and the other party and kept us completely up to date on all progress with the car repairs at all times. The end result was definitely a job very well done, very timely and we received the car looking new and shining ( courtesy the wash and cleaning done both on the exterior and interiors). We certainly are very pleased with the overall experience with your Body Shop😊👍
