D'Addario Nissan opened our new collision and paint center in the spring of 2004. Having out grown our existing shop, In spring of 2012, D'Addario Auto Group opened a new, 10,000 sq.ft., dedicated collision center just down the road from the dealerships @ 409 Bridgeport Ave. Today's technically advanced vehicles take an enormous amount of specialized equipment, knowledge & training to properly repair after a collision. D'Addario has invested to create the modern, state of the art facility necessary to get the job done right. This new facility contains all of the latest technology of the industry to help ensure your complex, modern auto is restored to its pre-collision condition. Featuring a computer color match paint system, down draft spray/bake booth and a computerized frame measuring system, to name just a few. We make sure that your pride and joy is fixed right the first time, and backs it up with a limited lifetime paint warranty.

The work was excellent and I was pleased with the results. My only issue was I was without a vehicle for 9 days as the dealership could not provide me with a loaner. I incurred significant charges using alternate transportation such as Uber and had to cancel an important appointment. I would have greatly appreciated a loaner for even 2 or 3 of the 9 days. They did a nice job cleaning my car and the windows were amazing.

My service representative, Dillon did an excellent job from start to finish. Once I pointed out the damage which accidentally happened during a service visit he collaborated my account and assured me the damage would be appropriately handled by Cadillac. He got the car done right away and kept me advised and sought out answers to all the questions I had. It would be a pleasure to have him as my service representative for future appointments.
