If it were based on this experience only, I would not recommend. However I have had repair work done there before without issues. I understand the main issue with this experience was Keith, and he doesn't represent the entire shop.

I came in on 7/1/26 to have my car looked at following an incident that day. Keith Henderickson scheduled me for repairs for 7/14/26. On 7/14/26, I went to drop off my car to find out the Keith Hendrickson did not actually schedule me or ordered any parts. I had a rental car picking me up that same day so I left my car there. Then I was told a week later one part was backorderd to 8/7/26. On 8/17, I had not heard any updates so I called to get an update. The part had just come in and they were able to get my car fixed that week. However, upon talking to Keith on 8/17, it appeared he hardly remembered me and the situation. I would have thought he would check the notes to refresh his memory. Instead, I reminded him of the entire situation. Keith never once apologized for this mess up in scheduling. However his co-worker apologized and expressed appreciation for my patience.

The team was thorough from start to finish on what was needed to fix my vehicle. Tell me time lines of how long things would take to talking with my insurance company to get things covered the way they needed to be. It took a little longer than anticipated for the repair, but this because of a delay in getting a part to complete the job. Overall, the repair job is excellent, and the staff was very helpful! I would recommend Dahl to anyone who is in need of body work on their vehicle! Thanks!
