I wouldn’t recommend Adamson motors to family or friends. Multiple experiences and this one was icing on the cake. Complete disaster with no empathy or help on their end to make things right.

I brought it in (my choice) to fix a low amount of hail damage, and got my car back with a cracked windshield, cracked interior.

Almost as bad as the repair, the main guy Dustin at the body shop actually gave me a little empathy and called me, but overall Adamson motors makes me feel guilty for coming in for recalls, didn’t seem to care or take anything off my plate or credit card when the front window and interior was damaged, just said “call your insurance”. That’s not customer service.
