The communication was a bit lacking...the estimate process did not follow the order State Farm's website laid out, so we were left hanging for almost a week without an estimate/update...when in actuality the parts had already been ordered.

The body work looks amazing and the door is functioning again! There were only 2 areas of deficiency, wanted to share feedback centered around the left mirror and the front left wheel balance. The mirror doesn’t adjust with the controls which may be the new normal, but I was hoping this functionality would be restored, or communicated that it wouldn’t work moving forward. Secondly, the car has a significant vibration and it feels like the front left wheel may still have a balancing issue or has some damage causing the vibration. I would have hoped these would have been fixed as part of the repair. I do have an appointment to balance the wheels on Friday (at Rochester Toyota) and hoping this fixes this. Overall very satisfied and understand that there may be additional TLC needed to help smooth out the kinks.
