1. My car was in your shop for 8 days. I think this is too long. 2. You need better quality control. The side fender was not properly aligned with the front bumper when I picked up the car and had to be re-worked. 3. The horn was not working when I picked up my car. Will have to bring the car to the dealer to trouble shoot the problem because I don't think you people were qualified to trouble shoot the problem.
