In 1989 we custom-built 14,000 square foot shop is located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, less than 2 miles from the Westchester border and just blocks from Manhattan. Dale-Way has Car-O-Liner sophisticated 3D computerized measuring equipment to pinpoint and repair any structural damage of your vehicle to the millimeter. We utilize Invertor Spot & MIG Welding equipment for the new space age metals. We can diagnose, repair & adjust the suspension, wheels & tires of your vehicle with our Hunter Hawkeye wheel alignment system & Road Force balancing to provide you with the best smoothest handling ride you ever experienced. We utilize a Spray-Bake paint booth and a BASF Glasurit computerized paint mixing & color matching system. We follow OEM recommended repair procedures.

The customer service was good for a novice in a auto collision. All questions were answered on how to approach in making an insurance claim, getting a police report and what car parts needed repair.
