In 1989 we custom-built 14,000 square foot shop is located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, less than 2 miles from the Westchester border and just blocks from Manhattan. Dale-Way has Car-O-Liner sophisticated 3D computerized measuring equipment to pinpoint and repair any structural damage of your vehicle to the millimeter. We utilize Invertor Spot & MIG Welding equipment for the new space age metals. We can diagnose, repair & adjust the suspension, wheels & tires of your vehicle with our Hunter Hawkeye wheel alignment system & Road Force balancing to provide you with the best smoothest handling ride you ever experienced. We utilize a Spray-Bake paint booth and a BASF Glasurit computerized paint mixing & color matching system. We follow OEM recommended repair procedures.

From the moment Angelo met me when I dropped off my car, I felt comfortable. This is a very professional shop. My car was repaired in the exact amount time quoted. Gus did an amazing job! Two doors and a rear bumper had to be replaced. I got back a brand new car.! Thank you so much! I told the mechanic I wanted the work done regardless of whether I had the check in hand or not from the other parties insurance who was responsible and he took this to mean he didn't need to inform me that it was declared a total loss, started disassembling my car after the adjuster arrived. He did explain that some insurance will not pay if it exceeds 75% of car value but that was based on his estimate and I didn't think it would apply to me because of the circumstances of the accident, a city bus, crashing into my car. I assumed they'd cover all damage and didn't consider them an "insurance company" and he should've called me to tell me what the adjuster said. I was charged hundreds in the meantime. credit fees ok, but doing labor and charging me labor for work fine after being declared total loss without informing me, admin fees and storage beyond when the adjuster came in was wrong. I've heard good things about the reputation here and the high estimates but quality work but I didn't think they'd try to make a buck on My back like this.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with absolute professionalism, both Anthony and Jimmy walked me through the entire process, took care of the insurance paperwork, reassured me that my car is in good hands. When I received my car back, it was like brand new, you didn’t even know I had been in a fender bender and was hit straight across my entire front bumper, with lots of scratches and cracks, but now that the job is finished, she’s as good as new now.
