In 1989 we custom-built 14,000 square foot shop is located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, less than 2 miles from the Westchester border and just blocks from Manhattan. Dale-Way has Car-O-Liner sophisticated 3D computerized measuring equipment to pinpoint and repair any structural damage of your vehicle to the millimeter. We utilize Invertor Spot & MIG Welding equipment for the new space age metals. We can diagnose, repair & adjust the suspension, wheels & tires of your vehicle with our Hunter Hawkeye wheel alignment system & Road Force balancing to provide you with the best smoothest handling ride you ever experienced. We utilize a Spray-Bake paint booth and a BASF Glasurit computerized paint mixing & color matching system. We follow OEM recommended repair procedures.

Gus was expert in dealing with me (nervous customer) and working with the insurance adjuster who suggested my car would be considered totaled. That would have left me without a car at a time my 98 year old husband is recovering from hip surgery. Gus is expert at negotiating with adjusters and restoring my 2012 Suburu Legacy to practically new. I am forever grateful to Dale Autobody and Saki’s ability to keep me calm I am informing everyone I speak to of what a pleasant outcome I had during this very tense situation
