In 1989 we custom-built 14,000 square foot shop is located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, less than 2 miles from the Westchester border and just blocks from Manhattan. Dale-Way has Car-O-Liner sophisticated 3D computerized measuring equipment to pinpoint and repair any structural damage of your vehicle to the millimeter. We utilize Invertor Spot & MIG Welding equipment for the new space age metals. We can diagnose, repair & adjust the suspension, wheels & tires of your vehicle with our Hunter Hawkeye wheel alignment system & Road Force balancing to provide you with the best smoothest handling ride you ever experienced. We utilize a Spray-Bake paint booth and a BASF Glasurit computerized paint mixing & color matching system. We follow OEM recommended repair procedures.

Everyone at Dale Way is so nice and accommodating. Gus and Jimmy have helped me through two car break-ins now where I’ve literally been traumatized but their calmness and demeanor and professionalism are excellent and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you also to Angelo, Eric.(especially for putting in the wiper fluid last time) and to Gus whom I didn’t see last time. also to your administrative assistant, I don’t recall her name at the moment. She’s very efficient and helpful. i’ll probably be back soon with the car because the left driver window doesn’t quite go up all the time and I have to force it with my hand. And then if Jimmy can get back to me about the key ignition issue where the thieves damage the steering carriage and the ignition insertion, I would be grateful thank you All and God bless you for taking care of me.
