The car looks great and is done well. However, there was a delay in getting a part that altered my pickup date that they didn't tell me about. This was frustrating as they had to keep it over the weekend as well. My repair went from Mon-Wed to Mon-Mon.

As per my first comment: extremely satisfied with the professionalism of all Dale's personnel. Thankful for the cleaning. My truck looks wonderful. As a retired body man I found expert work, no flows in the work done. And affordable.

Coast of repair out of pocket better than other shops. They work with collision repair from your insurance company with no problems. Work is excellent from repair to replace. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Plus my vehicle is cleaned by an excellent technician. Which i give a 10 an above. Puts icing on the cake. Yes I recommend Dale's collision shop.

The body repair and the paint looks like it never happened! My truck looks like it did the day it came off the factory floor! In addition, I was given back my truck fully cleaned inside and out!
