I’ve lived in Blue Springs for many years. I have passed Dales many times. I had the opportunity to use their services for my vehicle. I was very impressed with the professionalism Aaron displayed when I brought my vehicle in. He was very transparent with the time it would take for the repair. The pricing was very fair, and the work was excellent. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was cleaned inside and out. My car felt brand new again. Dales has been awesome through the whole process to get my car damage repaired. It was a little clunky trying to deal with a corporate insurance claim, but they worked with me and finally got everything settled! Happy I chose Dale’s AGAIN to do the repairs!
