I am very happy with the repair of my Avalon. Dale has done repairs of 3 of our cars before so I knew that I would be pleased with the repair. Dale does the best job matching paint I have ever seen.

When you 1st engage with any body shop it’s usually under a situation that can be a bit tough to kick off a relationship. From day 1 the TEAM at Dales know this. Dylan & John made this not so pleasant situation EASY. They engaged with my insurance kept things moving, communicated & also never settled for less. They got a part in that did not meet their standard, it delayed me getting my car but appreciated the commitment to a standard that Dales stands by. I was very pleased by having a negative situation (damaged car) turned into a very positive encounter at Dale's Custom Auto. My husband had recently died, and for the first time I was faced with having to handle things on my own. My car was new, so the damage was especially disheartening, and I didn't know where to turn. Then my son said, "Mom, go to Dale's. That's where Dad always went." I was met by Dylan who assured me that my car would be in good hands and that they would try to keep the cost down as much as possible. Not only did they hold to the estimated price, but the final cost was actually lower than the original estimate. Dale's does fine work, and I was treated with kindness and respect. I hope I won't need them again but if I do, I will remember where to go next time.
