We serve as a Direct Repair Program (DRP) for notable insurance companies in effort to service your insurance claim. I told Bill, in the office, who is the one I initially spoke to, that I appreciated his honesty in evaluating (from pictures) my car's damage. He mentioned the possibility of hidden damage. But he was also cautiously optimistic about finding any needed parts because surprisingly it was easier with older cars. I was told to first find out about salvage title and inspection and insurance before I went ahead with repairs. Great advice! Turns out there would be nothing special needed for me to do to drive the car like nothing had ever happened. It was already recently inspected, and my auto insurance policy never changed. I had a better experience after my very unfortunate accident than I ever thought possible - all thanks to Bill and Dale at Dale's Custom Auto.

I love Dale's Custom Auto because he and his employees are so very kind, honest, trustworthy, and hard working.
