Michael is not the vehicle owner - Bonnie is the vehicle owner. You’ve been bombarding my husband with messages that should’ve come to me. I signed all of the paperwork and the vehicle/insurance is In my name. What was there confusion here? And only a 6 rather than a 10 because you keep sending texts and messages to my husband for this repair and I am the customer.
