The shop lacked communication. They once said they were “finishing up”, and I still didn’t have my car 2 weeks later. The job took almost 2 months; and the rental was only valid for 30 days. The actual work seems fine, but until I complained, I just got the runaround with communication

I haven’t had an auto accident or needed bodywork for probably 20 years. Dale was very patient knowledgeable and was able to explain everything step-by-step with insurance and what I needed to do to have my car fixed. He made everything extremely easy and I was very impressed with his professionalism Knowledge and extremely clear communication with me. Honestly, I would’ve given them an 11 out of 10. I definitely recommend if you need anybody work to see Dale at Dale‘s Custom Auto.
