We will never use or send friends or family to this shop ever again. We have used this shop several times and I feel we were not properly taken care of in Oct. of 2024 and our recent accident in August.

I would rate my satisfaction around a 6. I had a bed side replaced and I’m happy that it looks better than being smashed in and the paint looks good other than a run or two that’s not that noticeable, but I was informed my new bed side was delivered with a dent in it that had to be repaired, but appears to still have a dent you can see at a certain angle and it’s aggravating to see when you look in the rear view mirror because that’s where it is most noticeable. Not to mention being told something then when questioning it being told that wasn’t said and I must have misunderstood, when the only way I could come up with it was hearing it first hand. After a month I got my truck back and would rather look at the dent than inquire them fixing it.
