Damage to my truck was limited to the rear bumper and trailer hitch. The bumper was replaced with what appears to be a all new bumper assembly with the damaged hitch left as it was. The bumper is almost positioned as it should be , but I can see a small difference with it's left - right position , but most people would never notice. It is satisfactory for now , but I will probably adjust it to my liking at a later date. Overall the people seem to take their job seriously , and seem honest and accommodating. I would easily recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair.

I'm not happy because my car wasn't applied well and they didn't tell me before the repair that they would be fit for cars. Aftermarket parts and when I came home, they didn't ride the bottom cover and they forgot to put the nails in it.

At least of them, the car is not applied by rulers from the left side almost, so they said we can't work any more than this, as the situation is applied by rulers and the other than that.

Grill piece replacement has chrome trim, original was black, we weren't consulted. Not a big deal, but it wasn't the same piece.

Customer service was great, but they need to confirm phone #'s, because we weren't contacted twice, but body shop said they left voicemails. We never received, so guessing the phone # was recorded incorrectly.
