I love the excellent customer service that I received. And the excellent bodywork done on my vehicle. They explain everything and details as much as possible, and I appreciated that along with the honesty! Chris told me up front there might be a delay in getting parts in & if so he would call me as soon as he found out for sure. There was not a delay and I received my vehicle back promptly & with 100% guarantee on the work. Excellent business!!! I would recommend to anyone. Repairs for the damagaes werent all repaired even after physically reporting the damages to the body shop and the insurance adjuster. Parts took over 2.5 weeks to get so our vehicle was at the shop for 4 weeks. Repairs werent left to OEM quality. The bottom trunk lid gap of about 1.5" was left and I was told that was normal. I was also told the quarter panel damage that wasnt repaired was a "natural body line". I was very dissatisfied with the work. The paint job was done well, so was the replacement of "new" tail light and trunk bondo work. However, the people there were very nice and very cooperative. They just over promised and under delivered. This whole experience was a bit of an insurance nightmare if anything.

Chris has helped me with a rental while my car has taken over a month to repair. First couple of weeks without my car was rough when he heard of my situation he went above and beyond to help with my stress due to my car being totaled and not having transportation for myself and kids! I highly recommend him for every need of car repair!
