Disappointed, one spot on the painted door was not filled. I thought dalton collision would buff out the other side of the car and possibly touch up a few other spots since they are the experts, give a little customer appreciation and attention to detail.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. According to my insurance estimate, my repair was supposed to take 9 days. But because of parts issues, it took longer. So first, their cutomer service was impeccable. They called me regularly with updates. But because I was in a rental, I check in between updates. With some companies, this could have been a bother. But never once did I get the impression that my calls were an intrusion. Even if it were, they were professional enough to answered every question and provide me with every additional update. Also,, their workmanship is wonderful. After learning the part was discontinued, they fabricated my new bumper and added the sensors that were no longer available on the new part. That said to me, that they really know how to reconstruct vehicles, both inside and out. I am extremely happy with both their visual and mechanical repairs to my vehicle.

Car was in shop 23 days. Had to call and nag front desk for any kind of updates. Always got a different answer depending on who she chatted with. Need to call and give your customers updates when there are delays and issues.

My car was messed up pretty bad.. but! It turned out amazing and looked just as new as the day I got it! No discoloration, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, or even the tiniest dent!
