The shop had to be aware of the scratches they put on the vehicle. Rather than wait for me to come and point them out and then ask for a remedy, they could have just fixed them and avoided more trips to Effingham to have this addressed.

The repair itself for the damage done to my vehicle by a deer is great. My car was clean and all dents from the collision gone. However, additional damage was done by employees at Hecht, including scratches on my driver's side window, to the rubber under the window, and to the plastic at the bottom of my door.
