I love this place! Rachel and the staff are friendly and easy to work with and provide great service and knowledge of what your car needs in order to be fixed properly. I was kept up to date weekly and any questions I had were answered promptly. I was also provided a loaner car for when the 30 days expired on my insurance rental and Danbury automotive put me into a loaner car right away without questions. They are honest, reputable and do a fantastic job on car repair. My car looks as good as when I bought it and I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work they have done for me. I will be a customer for life if I have another accident I am involved in my car and my wife’s is going right to Danbury auto Thank you again Rachel and the staff.
