Rachel was superb. knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and totally the person to work with. She could not have been better at her job!!!! What a surprise to have the beautiful job and work on my car but to have the inside cleaned like my car was brand new. I would highly recommend Danbury Auto Collision Center to family and friends. I took my car beaten, for the service I'm grateful, not satisfied, you can still hear noises on the wheel, I fixed this car before what happened (the accident), it was without noise everything was ok, but now it's noisy again

Repair / replacement of hatch and color match was great. But I had also asked if a scratch on the bumper could b touched up since they had the plaint. They said they could, however it looked like it was forgotten and what was done was amateurish and color does not match. I would have been willing to cover a reasonable up charge to hv a better result. Or ii should hv been given a choice not to do it. Otherwise the work, service and everyone I came in contact with were professional and attentive.
