New part not perfectly flush on car. Window was dirty. Job took 2 days longer than work estimate and they did not inform me, so that I had to go back again for pick up. Final itemized bill not given to me until 5 days after vehicle was picked up and the shop had already been paid by Travelers.

My my car looks brand new… I couldn’t have picked a better body shop to take my little Subaru to! Frank was thoroughly professional, concise honest and just a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough great things about Daniele Auto Body Shop in Pleasantville! Frank did an incredible job restoring the doors on my car—they look absolutely brand new. He paid attention to every detail, making sure the chrome was installed perfectly and polished until it shined. My car had completely broken down on the Saw Mill River Parkway, and Frank truly brought it back to life. When I picked it up, not only did it look amazing, but it was also spotless inside and out. The quality of the work, craftsmanship, and pride he takes in what he does really show. Thank you, Frank, for your outstanding work and for treating my car like it was your own.
