You might consider telling customers that the texts they will receive have nothing to do with reality. To keep hearing that all is on track, even one day early, only to hear the day prior to pick up, that it will be another week before the car would be ready, was difficult on planning and scheduling. Cost me more for rental car fees, too.

The job was done in a timely fashion and an excellent job! It was ready to pick up before we expected. Just as good if not better than new condition. Only the back up camera was installed upside down but was told to call Monday to get it taken care of. No problem with waiting until then. Definitely recommend this body shop!
