The repairs were great and the paint matching is beyond impressive. There was an issue with the bumper that is still ongoing but I live in hope that it will eventually work out.

In the beginning the communication was spotty but as soon as my account was turned over to Micheline it was smooth sailing. She did a terrific job of keeping me advised and updated on the activities surrounding the parts acquisition and the repairs on my car.

Exceptional service and communication. My original expectations were all over the place, since the collision was caused by the other driver. I was really a babe in the woods, but I heard that Dan’s Paint & Body was the best authorized Tesla repair shop in metro Tucson. I was not disappointed. The service was superb. My repair consultant Oscar Suarez, a true gem of service. Excellent communications, focused and confident. Best part they delivered on a superb repair and paint job. Great follow- up and instructions post repair. Also kudos to the staff at the front desk, especially Karla Mendez who went over all the final paperwork. Top notch customer service staff.
