I cannot sing the praises of the team over at Dan's Paint & Body highly enough. My coworker Francisco recommended the shop to me as they had repaired his Honda Civic perfectly and were up to the task of repairing mine after it had been hit by an unsecured table from a pickup truck. The check-in process was straight forward, quick, and I felt confident they were taking the time on my vehicle that it deserved. Throughout the repair process, if I ever had any questions on the progress, insurance payments, or any other aspects of the repair, they were incredibly quick and communicative to answer. Notably, I want to call out their representative Micheline who almost seemed to be waiting for my emails to roll through so she could give a prompt reply. From the moment you step into their clean and inviting lobby, you will know you made the right choice to trust them with your vehicle. I hope I never have to step foot in a car repair shop again, but if I do, it will be Dan's Paint and Body after seeing how they were able to restore my Honda Civic to its pre-accident looks!

My experience with Dan’s Paint and Body was outstanding. Oscar handled my repair request, which was a self-pay estimate. He was knowledgeable and very forthcoming about potential repairs. I had damage to the fender and fender flare, and he was able to limit the work to just the fender flare by cosmetic refinishing of the clear coat of the fender damage, saving me hundreds of dollars. Not every body shop would take that approach, knowing they could add to the repair costs. Oscar kept me fully informed about the status and timing of the repairs and worked around my schedule to complete the job promptly. Overall, my experience was excellent and very professional. Carla at the front desk was very welcoming with a warm personality. Whenever I visited the office, she consistently asked if I wanted anything to drink and, on a couple of occasions, invited me to relax in the lounge area with a comfortable couch and chairs. Carla appears to truly enjoy her work and interacting with the public—be sure to hold on to her! First impressions are very important to any business, and she made the experience very pleasant.
