Felt lack of communication or/and miscommunication. Give timeframe was decent but there was lots of wait time for the parts. Bet it could have been shorter and better. Since the body works takes tons of time, why not provide the rental at that time as well rather or just for repairs?

I had a great experience with the Dave Gill Collision after my vehicle was involved in an accident. I worked directly with Tim Ashby, the manager of the collision department, and I truly appreciated how well he kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Tim included me in every step and made sure I knew what was happening with my vehicle, from the disassembly and reassembly process to what parts were being ordered, when they were expected to arrive, and the estimated completion date. That level of communication really helped make an already stressful situation much easier. My vehicle was ready on the exact day I was told it would be, and when I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that both the inside and outside had been cleaned. I truly appreciate Tim and the entire Dave Gill Collision Center team for their professionalism, communication, and care throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair.
