Communication after process started very good. Original promise date and actual finish date 2 weeks a part. Makes a huge difference to a household where both parties work, when your second vehicle is gone that long

The problem with the truck looked really good. But their was a dent on the gate that was not there when it was towed. Not sure if Dave Gill will take responsibilitie and fix. I truly hope that they will because it happened in their care.

I was highly disappointed with the fact that I had to make four trips to pick up my car. First, they left something on in my car that killed my battery. Then they acted like it was my fault. The repairs were sloppy at best. after the fourth attempt to pick up my vehicle, it finally got repaired correctly..

I’d like to thank Tiera and Stacie for their compassion and support throughout my repair process. I was initially concerned when I picked up my van and was handed my keys along with my receipt that said I was charged $20 for gas only to get into my van and begin to exit your garage only to notice that my fuel light was flashing EMPTY!! Jim was nice enough to resolve that quickly for me. While it was a nice surprise to get my van back washed and cleaned , I think this final detail process, that I wasn’t told would occur caused me to pay for 3 extra days of my rental car, which I was paying for myself. Sadly, on my drive home It was obvious there was a problem with my front end as the van was pulling and pushing me left and right. Two days later I had a very dangerous drive to return to your facility and 4 hours later, your team replaced a ball bearing on my car and alas the issue is resolved. I appreciate your team , again especially Tiera and Stacie for their kindness and compassion. Thank you. Please call me if you would like more information.

Dave Gill Chevrolet is a nationwide authorized repair shop for a reason. They are great! I was given updates every day or other day with each step of the repairs. Working with them was so simple. Nationwide authorized repairs and they were done to perfection. I would definitely return to Dave Gill Chevrolet if I needed repairs on any of our cars.
