The repair and paint job was sufficient. However, when it came to the inside of my car, there was grease, dirt, and dust all over my leather seats. In addition, there are grease fingerprints all over the upholstery where they reinstalled the back window. That is totally unacceptable!

The repair-collision dept did a great job as far as paint, parts, and bodywork goes. However, they left black grease and dirt all over my leather seats and upholstery. When I called in and complained they did offer to detail it over again. In contrast, I declined and re-did it myself. All in all, I'll say they did a half ass job; very unprofessional!!

We were initially going to go with the body shop our dealership recommended, but once we met Roger Blankenship and experienced your excellent customer service during the inspection process, we were won over. I'm pleased to say it was 100% the right decision. Every single person on your team we encountered was pleasant and proffessional. The body work turned out beautifully.
