the new bumper cover looks nice. but the clear coat is rough, like the paint booth was dusty.

When I picked up my van I found the right side wiper blade was ripped half off and dangling like pasta from the wiper. was Not like that when I dropped off the van. I have photos from drop off to prove it. New bumper cover looks good but clear coat is rough & needs to be buffed out.

wiper blade on Right side of windshield was ripped half off and dangling. Looks like your lot boys ran windshield wipers without freeing wiper arms from the ice on the windshield. There was a snow storm while my van was in their shop. I have pictures from before drop off & at pickup to show this new damage. I showed damaged wiper to CSR before leaving their lot. He said dealer would contact me about this. They have Not contacted me. Why should I have to pay for their lot boy's carelessness?
