They did a very good job on my car. I received a call from Dave Knapp’s telling me one of their body repair persons had a death in their family and my car will not be ready till January 13th. They also told me they would be taking care of the rental fees because the delay was on them. We will only pay for two days of the rental vehicle.They finished my car on the 13th as promised. It looks like brand new and you can’t tell that anything ever happened.
