Accident was Sept. 9 Was told they would be ready to fix it Oct. 6. It would be done Oct. 10 Every week for 8 weeks we received an email or phone call saying they needed another week. Did you catch that? 8 WEEKS!! Original estimate was $5,706.59 Final cost $ $12,392.14 How can you miss cost and time to repair by so much!!? Why any insurance company would recommend you is a huge mystery. The car was very clean. Maybe you should stick to detailing cars and let the repairs and estimates to those who know what they are doing.

Estimate - $5,706. Final bill $12,392. More than double the estimate!!! Waited 1 month for my turn. Brought van in Oct. 20. Done date was suppose to be Oct. 24. They called or sent an email every week extending the pick up date to eventually be 11/28. You had my car for 8 weeks. No way was that acceptable. That is not a typo. 8 weeks!!!
