Joe was nothing but rude since pickup. We was not satisfied with the work and have pictures and video of the work. He kept it an additional 3 days. I picked it up in a hurry. Ended up taking more pictures and video it looked worse. Joe seems offended and only makes excuses and wants to inform us what he has to do. Not sure why he insists to waste time. Won’t answer if he will correct the work. Got argue-mental with us. We have video of such. All has been submitted to State Farm. State Farm is sending us to a different repair shop. Your work will be elevated by a State Farm representative. Our vechile looks worse than after being rear ended. He accused us of tampering with the vehicle. Even stated it must of had prior damages. Battery was drained. Was told that driver sliding door did not work when they got it. (Not sure why they were opening it). It did work prior going in. After we had the battery jumped, the door did work. The next day the battery went dead again, so it was replaced. (It was a brand new battery from January 2025). Then the door would not work again, but was found at this point to be open just enough to not pull up manually or with the switch or fab. When it was pushed on, everything worked.
