Tony and the Body Shop Manageri were wonderful to work with. I was kept informed with the progress and estimated completion date as needed. Tony did a great job of explaining the whole process in a professional manner.. The Body Shop Manager explained exactly what was done to my car and answered additional questions that I had. He was very helpful. I’m sure he and Tony are very valuable members of the dealership.

The repair seems first rate. I love the additional care they took in cleaning the interior and exterior to prepare it for me. I thought the staff was helpful, professional, and prompt in responding. This is the second or third survey I have filled out regarding this so I don’t know if there could be a consolidation of surveys. The only dissatisfaction I have is that it feels like I have a lot of homework and making sure everybody knows that it was great.

He let me know when my car would be done and when I picked it up he walked all around the car and explained everything that they did and shared the final invoice with me and what was involved and answered all my questions.
