They didn’t keep me updated. Customer service was not good! Took 2 weeks plus 1 day when estimate was 1 week. Cost me a lot for car rental because of additional time

I appreciate that my insurance (Liberty Mutual) unquestioningly agreed to pay whatever GAPSCH needed to do which was the best part. No fighting for me to do.

The repair was to my front bumper, grill, and hood. They replaced the hood and bumper, but the damaged grill was not replaced, but instead repaired. It was still very damaged but at a glance it looks great. They did a pretty good job paint matching despite my car's complicated color + glitter combo.

I have always recommended gapsch carstar. My daughter had used them, and I know of other people who have used them and been very pleased.

I am pleased with everything except I have a concern about the alignment. My car pulls to the left when I take my hands off the steering wheel. It’s not immediately it goes for a while, but then starts going to the left. It never did that before.

When I came in the first time before repairing my car , the receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude (wasn’t helpful at all with what I requested) but when I came in to pick up my car after the repair, a different blonde lady treated me very professionally and respectfully. I also want to give my gratitude to Todd who updated me every day on my car and thoroughly explained what was repaired and much more! Amazing customer service on his part and I really appreciate his help with everything! Thank you
