Professionals, everyone, and their customer service was exemplary. Many years ago, my father stopped by a new dealership on North Kingshighway on his way home from work and purchased a new Mustang from Dave Sinclair and bought many cars from him thereafter. The team at the body shop was very thorough with my girl!! I felt bad because I delivered her for three repairs pretty dirty, but they returned her like nothing ever happened. After the estimate was explained we understood what was going to be done. When we received the car, it looked perfect. Couldn't tell that it had been partially repainted.

We were very happy with our experience with Dave Sinclair Ford. Everyone was courteous and professional. We were happy with the quick contact to bring the car in for a review, getting a date then for repairs, and dropping off the car. They answered questions related to the estimate, and the work to be done when I dropped off the car. The estimate was detailed and was pretty close to the work that was done. The car looked great when we picked it up. The paint job was excellent, and the waxing made it shine. And thank you for cleaning all our floor mats too. We would definitely come here again for repair work.

I have had body work done a few years past from Dave Sinclair Ford’s Collision Center. If body work is needed in the future, I’ll always request to have this Collision Center assigned to do the work on any of my vehicles. Once I find a business whose employees take pride in their work, turning out good results, I don’t look any further.
