I was not informed of the progress of the repairs unless I called to inquire. After what seemed to be a long period of time, I was informed that my car was ready to be picked up. After inspection of the body work that was done, I noticed they did not replace the windshield. This was discussed when I talked with the body shop when the damage was being estimated months before that actual repair appointment. I do plan on stopping by Dave Sinclair Ford to have a discussion with management

I noticed the lower cover (valance) is becoming detached from the rear bumper cover on the passenger side. Noticed this 2 days after repairs were completed.
