Can not comment at this time as the Taurus has not been completed. Dropped the vehicle off on the 17th planned to pick it up on Monday the 21st. Did not receive a call, so called dealership- was told the work wasn't finished and Sinclair would call when done. At this point I can't retrieve the vehicle until Wednesday or Thursday, 02/03 December at the earliest. All number scaling is for processing purposes only, can't advance the survey without answering the top line question . Numbering and y/n answers have no value.
