I would have given the repair shop a rating of 10 except for one issue that caused me to downgrade that rating. When Sinclair’s service technician, Kurt, returned the car to me he allowed his mask to uncover both his nose and his mouth while he stood 1 to 2 feet away from me during a review of the repair invoice. This caused me to be concerned for my safety so I abruptly terminated the meeting.
