I recieved terrible customer service. Not once but twice Ford told me they didn't know why my car was there. I work bank hours and it was hard to drop off my car then they called me at work to ask why it was there. The first time I tried to drop it off they didn't tell me i was not at the collision center. I was made to feel stupid and will not use them again.
