You need to offer something higher than a 10!! I have never had a company keep me so updated on the status of my repair. Your staff is honest, knowledgeable and very friendly!! Last year I had a recall on my Escape and took it to Schicker Ford on Kingshighway and the customer service was horrible. I know anything I need done in the future I will be coming to you. There is a part of the car that the paint is a different color than the rest of my car. It is located on the drivers side of the car towards the back center of the rear door.
